We at Global Citizen Limited / GlobalEd want you to be completely satisfied with any service or course you purchase from us. If you have any questions, concerns, or problems, please let us know by emailing us at support@globaled.io.
Refunds for GlobalEd Courses & Services
- When you purchase one of our online courses or services and are unable to access or follow the course due to technical issues on our end, we will issue you a refund.
- If you have already accessed and completed sections of the course, refunds will no longer be available.
- However, if you are not happy with the service, please reach out to us—we would love to know how we can improve. Simply replying to your purchase confirmation email is sufficient.
Refund Conditions
- Refunds apply only to the initial purchase or subscription term.
After approving the refund request, the refund will be processed within 7–10 working days.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
- Refunds do not apply to renewals or recurring subscription fees.
Non-Refundable Services
- Completed course modules or downloadable materials.
- Customized services, consultation, or projects delivered.
