Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with marketing, communications, and design teams to create engaging and impactful content across social media platforms.
- Write clear, compelling posts, web content, and marketing materials that resonate with our audience.
- Develop a consistent tone of voice for GlobalEd across all channels.
- Create and execute social media strategies to elevate GlobalEd’s brand, particularly in the study abroad, English preparation, IELTS, and language training sectors.
- Stay on top of industry trends to generate fresh content ideas that will attract and engage students and their families.
- Serve as the main contact for customer queries and social media engagements.
- Monitor social media performance, ensure a cohesive brand voice, and provide regular performance insights.
Skills & Expertise:
- Experience: At least 1 year in content writing, copywriting, and social media management.
- Skills: Proficiency in major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn).
- Customer Service: Familiarity with best practices in customer engagement.
- Attention to Detail: Strong time-management and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects independently.
Education: At least HSC, Diploma, or Undergraduate degree in any discipline.
